By using the Overton Waggle Park, you agree to the following terms and conditions

The Overton Waggle Park

Overton Waggle Park is located within a working farm and this must be taken into consideration when making your booking. Livestock and all of their exciting smells are in the vicinity of the park which may add to your best friends experience!

Tractors may be in operation – if you have an especially anxious dog you may need to take this into consideration.

Use of the park is entirely at your own risk. Overton Waggle Park accepts no liability for injury or death of a person or animal using the park.

Overton Waggle Park accept no liability for damage to property, losses, claims, expenses incurred whilst onsite or on the surrounding roads / other areas at Overton Farm.

You are liable for any damage caused inside / outside the Waggle Park by you, your dog(s) or any member of your group.

All dogs must be covered by their own public liability insurance which is usually included in their pet insurance.

Consider your own footwear and clothing as the ground may be uneven underfoot and the Scottish weather is always a factor!

Please be aware, we have no human toilet facilities at the Waggle Park

Entering and leaving the waggle park

Please arrive on time allowing five minutes either side of your booking

Please remain in your vehicle until the previous visitor has exited the park – be mindful of other dogs as some may be reactive or nervous.

Please do not approach other dog owners and their pets

Ample parking is provided at Overton and is located conveniently at the gate to the park.

Please ensure your pet is on a leash when entering and leaving the waggle park.

Park Rules

Our park is beautiful - Please leave it as you found it and remove all litter, dog waste and toys before the end of your session. Bins are provided and we would ask that you use poo bags for dog waste.

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Dogs must not be left unattended

Please do not allow your dog to dig – this could pose a danger to other dogs and humans, however we know these things happen – just let us know so that we may keep the park safe for its users.

The waggle park is for exclusive use however if you wish to share your booking with a friend, we insist on a two car maximum.

Fresh water is provided for our furry guests but please ensure the tap is turned off after use!

Overton Waggle Park asks that sick animals do not attend. If your animal has been unwell, please contact us and we can amend your booking.

Cancellations and changes to bookings

Larger groups

OWP are happy to discuss larger bookings from dog walkers, dog trainers or individuals looking to host a puppy party (Yes, we can accommodate dog birthday celebrations!) please get in touch to start a conversation.
